PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an opposite side of a schedule change or a user status speedily through a simple operation. SOLUTION: A memory unit 17 correspondingly registers therein a plurality of different vibration patterns of a vibrator 25 and prepared routine messages. A scheduler application 18 starts a contact mail transmission application 19 when the date/time described on a schedule of a user comes. The contact mail transmission application 19 vibrates the vibrator 25 while sequentially switching the vibration patterns thereof and when a decision key of a cross key unit 16 is pressed, a routine message corresponding to the vibration pattern at the point of time is read from the memory unit 17. A mailer application 20 inserts the routine message to a text of electronic mail, sets a destination address described in the schedule as a transmission destination address of the electronic mail, and transmits the electronic mail.
