PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent cap for ventilation capable of preventing contamination of an outer wall and a ceiling under the eaves by exhaust flow, and concealing its contaminated inner part. SOLUTION: This vent cap for ventilation ihcludes a main body cylindrical portion 5 fitted and inserted into a duct 4 disposed in the outer wall 1 of a building, and a shielding portion 7 disposed on an outdoor side end portion of the body cylindrical portion 5, a cylindrical collar 12 is disposed in a state of projecting to an outdoor 3 side from an outdoor side end opening portion 9 of the body cylindrical portion 5, a front edge 13 of the collar 12 has a diameter roughly same as the shielding portion 7, and the collar 12 is further provided with a local extension portion 14 further projecting from the left, right, top or bottom of the front edge 13, thus the vent cap for ventilation having effects of prevention of contamination of the outer wall 1 and the ceiling 18 under the eaves caused by exhaust flow, and concealing the contamination of the inner face, can be provided.
