PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooling system evenly cooling oil in an oil pan. SOLUTION: A device 1 includes: the oil pan 3 storing oil; a rotating shaft 6 rotatably supported in the oil pan; rotary blades 7 arranged around the rotating shaft and circulating the oil in the oil pan; and rotating/driving means (power transmission gears 10, 11 and a power transmission chain 12) rotating and driving the rotating shaft.
