A furnace input equipment for used PCBs-containing insulation oil, a method thereof, and a decomposition method using the same are provided to completely decompose and remove PCBs(Poly Chlorinated Biphenyls) contained in used insulating oil by using blast furnace process. A furnace input equipment for used PCBs-containing insulation oil includes a plurality of storage tanks(2) respectively connected to a service tank(3) via pipes mounted with feeding pumps(12), a blast furnace(1) connected to the service tank via connection pipes mounted with injection pumps(15), and a steam supply tank(4) and a compressed air tank(5) respectively connected to the connection pipes between the service tank and the blast furnace for respectively supplying steam and compressed air into the connection pipe.
