A multi-layered acrylic retardation film and manufacturing method are provided to have excellent optical transparency, thermal resistance, durability and solve the fault of acrylic film. A multi-layered acrylic retardation film comprises a first acrylic resin layer and second acrylic resin layer. The second acrylic resin layer is laminated on at least one side of the first acrylic resin layer and comprises 1-20 weight part of rubber component based on 100 weight part of acrylic resin.
