PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer meter installing a driving a driving device having a component member easily affected by heat and a component member not much affected by heat and requiring soldering on a wiring board without damag ing the component easily affected by heat. SOLUTION: Yokes 46, 47 together with field coils 48, 49 are installed on the surface side of a wiring board 30. A easing 40a, to which a speed reducing gear train 40b made of synthetic resin and a rotor 40d are attached, is installed on the back side of the wiring board 30.
