PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of high speed and high quality, a method for manufacturing a head for an inkjet printer using it, the head for the inkjet printer, and a surface treatment equipment. SOLUTION: The surface treatment method which passes a current between a high pressure electrode and a ground electrode A under an atmospheric pressure or a pressure around it, generates discharge gas, and treats a surface of an article to be treated using the discharge gas, which has passed through a discharge space and has spouted from a supply opening arranged at the other side of a discharge part, is characterized by arranging a ground electrode B so as to come in contact with the article directly or indirectly, or arranging the ground electrode B in a flowing direction of the above gas which has finished the surface treatment of the article. |
