<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for presenting aseismatic performance capable of easily presenting an evaluation result of house aseismatic performance to a customer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An input means 14 inputs building information and geographic information about a house, and, from building structure data D1 and ground data D2 prestored in a storage means 15, an evaluation means 16 extracts data respectively corresponding to the building information and the geographic information input by the input means 14. On the basis of the respective data, an evaluation means 16 analyzes a deformation condition of the house in an earthquake and diagnoses the ground in a building location by using seismic wave data D3 stored in the storage means 15.
