HEAT RESISTANST COATINGS MANUFACTURING METHOD

A method for manufacturing heat resistant coating agent is provided to impart excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, lubrication, and surface migration to a plastic film used as a substrate of a thermal transfer sheet. A heat resistant coating agent is prepared by free radical co-polymerization reaction of acrylic intermediate, methylmethacrylate and methacrylic acid. The acrylic intermediate is created by introducing an acryl functional group to siloxane through urethane reaction of hydroxy functional groups at both ends of a siloxane intermediate and a NCO group of isocyanate, a hydroxy group of hydroxyl-based acrylate or an amine group of amino acrylate among the acrylate monomers.
