A method for manufacturing a dental temporary implant is provided to prevent the pubis cell from being fused on the surface of a temporary implant, thereby removing the temporary implant easily. A method for manufacturing a dental temporary implant comprises the steps of (S100) removing moisture before the plastic for the living body is injected into a hopper; (S200) injecting the plastic for the living body into a hopper so as to remove the foreign materials and the organic materials with maintaining the dry state of the supplied material; (S300) injection molding the supplied plastic for the living body into a certain shape; (S400) removing scraps, and heat treating it at 80°C-100°C for stabilizing the tissue; (S500) cleaning the obtained one by ultrasonication; and (S600) drying the cleaned one.
