FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery. Preoperative chemotherapy is followed with radical operative intervention implying preoperative oil chemoembolisation of an tumour-nutrient artery followed with radical resection of tumour. ^ EFFECT: method allows improving follows-up of the combination therapy of left colon and superoampular rectum cancer at higher clinical effectiveness ensured by elimination of intervention delay, intraoperative technical complications caused by previous chemotherapy, probability to reduce implantation and lymphatic cancer spread, number of local recurrences due to direct chemopreparation penetration in the tumour, zone of regional cancer spread, including through venous collaterals to liver, eliminating the complications observed at systemic introduction of a preparation. |
