METHOD OF FORMING ADDRESS

An address formation method is provided to perform extended function including write protection function by misaligning address number code and address error detecting code in a recording block in which register is limited. As to an address formation method, more than two recording blocks in which register is limited are formed to include address information code and error detecting code. In the recording block in which the register is limited, address number code and the address error detecting code are mismatched.
