A height adjustor fixing unit for a roaster hood is provided to minimize the resistance toward the flow of the smoke passing through a fixed pipe by reducing the volume of a height adjustor. A height adjustor fixing unit for a roaster hood comprises a fixing bracket(110), a height adjustor(120) and a guide unit(130). The fixing bracket is closely fixed to a fixed pipe(21) of the roaster hood and has an installation space(113) by making a pair of fixing plate(112) inserted into the fixed pipe. The height adjustor comprises a wire reel(121) formed in the installation space of the fixing brake. A wire(126) connected to an inhalation pipe is reeled in the wire reel. The guide unit comprises a guide roller(132). The guide roller guides the wire of the height adjustor on the central part of the inhalation pipe.
