PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with a performance function for improving the amusement of a game. SOLUTION: The game machine includes: drawing means for drawing a big winning on condition that a game ball enters a start port provided in a game area; symbol display means for starting the variable display of respective symbols configuring a symbol combination on condition that the game ball enters the start port, then stop-displaying the respective symbols and displaying the symbol combination according to the drawing result of the drawing means; a shielding member movable between a shielding position at which it is difficult for a player to view display by the symbol display means and a non-shielding position; moving symbol selection means for selecting the moving symbol of the shielding member during the variable display of the symbols by the symbol display means from two or more kinds of moving symbols on the basis of the drawing result of the drawing means; and movement control means for moving the shielding member according to the moving symbol selected by the moving symbol selection means.
