A system for generating renewable energy is provided to improve energy storage efficiency by using a high pressure gas filling method or metal hydrate. A solar power generating unit(10) includes a solar panel. A wind power generating unit(20) includes a wind turbine. A control unit(30) includes a controller(33), an inverter(31), and a constant voltage circuit(32). The controller distributes a power generated in the solar panel and the wind turbine to a consumer, a storage battery(40), or electrolytic bath(50) according to distribution regulations. The inverter converts a DC power into an AC power. The storage battery stores a power supplied from the control unit. The electrolytic bath generates hydrogen and oxygen by using the power supplied from the control unit or the storage battery. A fuel cell(60) generates a power by using the hydrogen generated in the electrolytic bath.
