摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product of stable characteristic that is almost free from causing variation of capacity even if lamination displacement is caused in any direction. SOLUTION: A first inner electrode 14a and a second inner electrode 14b are alternately disposed in a lamination direction via a dielectric layer therebetween in an inside of a laminate 12 which is formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers 10. A first outer electrode 16a connected to the first inner electrode is formed in one edge face of the laminate and a second outer electrode 16b connected to the second inner electrode is formed in the other edge face. The first and second inner electrodes consist of a capacity formation pattern 20 which is positioned at a central part except a peripheral part of the dielectric layer and faces each other between the first inner electrode and the second inner electrode, and a narrow extraction pattern 22 extending from the capacity formation pattern to a corresponding outer electrode each.
