PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition preventing, mitigating or treating a renal glomerular lesion. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for preventing, mitigating or treating a renal glomerular lesion has a combination of a compound having controlling action on the expression of 4F2hc by the contact of a human peripheral blood mononuclear cell, a human monocyte or an established strain of human cultivated cells having the properties of a human macrophage with a macrophage activating substance and an interferon.
