A noise and vibration reduction supporting board is provided, which prevents the sound absorption part from being damaged by the continuous use. A noise and vibration reduction supporting board comprises: a main body(10) having the receiving part(11) in which the top concavely caves; a reduction member(20) inserted into the receiving part; and a cover(30) covering the reduction member. A fixed lug(31) preventing the flow of cover is formed on the lower-part of the cover. In the central upper part of the main body, the receiving part(11) is formed. In the exterior of protrusion, the supporting part(13) in contact with the floor is formed.
