PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately execute a control in accordance with contents of a remote control to a mobile terminal such as a cellular phone, and with the communication state of the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 10 included in the terminal control system is provided with: a communication part 11 for receiving control signals controlling the function of the mobile terminal 10 and including priority information indicating the priority of the control; a communication state detection part 12 for detecting the communication state of the present terminal 10; a control determination part 13 for determining the execution propriety of the control relating to the control signals on the basis of the priority information and the communication state of the present terminal 10; and a control execution part 14 for executing the control relating to the control signals on the basis of the execution propriety determined by the control determination part 13.
