<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device regarding which a connection interconnect is surely jointed to an element forming substrate on which predetermined elements are formed, and to provide a method for manufacturing the device, and a solar battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: A p electrode 4 and an n electrode 5 are prepared at the backside of a solar battery cell 1, and an electrode main body 6 of the p(n) electrodes 4 and 5 is exposed to an opening 9 formed in an insulating layer 8. On an interconnector 11, there are prepared crooked portions 16 in an extended portion 18 which extends in one direction.
