PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive sheet enabling easy exclusion of air and easy positioning in the case of applying to an adherend, giving satisfactory appearance having no ruggedness attributable to the shape of the protruding parts of a tacky adhesive layer, and a process for producing the tacky adhesive sheet in high efficiency. SOLUTION: Provided are a tacky adhesive sheet comprising a tacky adhesive layer having a plurality of independent protrudent parts on at least one surface of a base sheet, wherein the tacky adhesive layer has a hollow part in the protrudent part contacting with an adherend, and the hollow part is connected to the outer atmosphere through an opening formed on the upper face of the protrusion; and a production process of the tacky adhesive sheet comprising the formation of a tacky adhesive layer having a thickness smaller than the depth of the recessed parts of the ruggedness on a release treatment layer of a release sheet having a release treatment layer having a rugged transfer surface, and the pasting of the base sheet to the tacky adhesive layer.
