摘要 |
A white organic electroluminescent device is provided to improve lifetime of a full color display device by reducing contribution of a blue light about a white light. A white organic electroluminescent device includes an anode(110), a hole injection layer(120), a hole transport layer(130), a blue light emitting layer(140), a red light emitting layer(145), and a cathode(200). The blue light emitting layer is made of two light emitting materials. An energy band gap of each light emitting material is 2.8eV~3.2eV. A HOMO(Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) level difference of two light emitting materials is less than 0.5eV. A LUMO(Lowest Occupied Molecular Orbital) level difference of two light emitting materials is less than 0.5eV. A light emitting intensity less than 400nm of a light emitting spectrum is less than 5/100 of a light emitting intensity of a maximum peak. |
