PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sheet conveying device, sheet stacking device and image forming device allowing easy removal of jammed sheets, also when driving sources of a pair of rotating bodies and a sheet conveying means are different. SOLUTION: When the sheets S are discharged to a second stacker tray 112b, an extension roller 122a constituting a pair of discharge rollers 124A which can be brought into/out of contact with each other is moved to a first position abutting on a sheet discharge roller 124 constituting the pair of discharge rollers 124A by a moving means, and the extension roller 122a is held at the first position. When the sheets S are jammed between the discharge belt 114 and the pair of discharge rollers 124A, driving of the moving means is stopped, and the extension roller 122a is saved from the first position to a second position separated from the sheet discharge roller 124 by an energizing spring 125.
