A powertrain of an agricultural vehicle is provided to improve assembling and maintainability because a space inside a clutch housing is partitioned off and a HST apparatus is separated and assembled in one side space. A powertrain of an agricultural vehicle comprises a clutch housing(200) which is placed behind an engine and wherein the internal space thereof is divided into a front chamber(210) and a rear chamber(230) by a partition; a gear-box(300) installed at the front chamber; and a HST(Hydraulic Shift Transmission) apparatus(400) which is installed at the rear chamber of the clutch housing. The gear-box supplies the torque input from the output shaft of the engine to the rear chamber.
