PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a head constituted to give a driving signal to a driving element using a flexible printed board. SOLUTION: This liquid discharge head has piezoelectric elements 12, 12 constituting driving element rows in which a plurality of driving piezoelectric element columns 12A generating energy for discharging liquid droplets from a nozzle 4 are arranged; a wiring board 24 arranged on the opposite side to a surface formed with the nozzle 4; and two flexible printed boards 15, 15 having output terminal parts 22 provided corresponding to the respective piezoelectric elements 12, 12 and connected to the plurality of driving piezoelectric element columns 12A, and input terminal parts 21 pulled out to the wiring board 24 side and connected to the wiring board 24. The respective flexible printed board 15 are arranged to face each other in a state of the input terminal parts 21, 21 not facing each other, and the input terminal parts 21 of the respective flexible printed boards 15, 15 are bent in a facing direction and connected to the wiring board 24.
