PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner manufacturing method for efficiently producing the toner having small diameter particles to form images having high resolution, high definition, and high quality by using this toner having the particles having excellent resistance to offsetting, excellent fixing property at low temperatures, and single dispersibility of particle size without causing clogging of a nozzle due to wax and filming on a photosensitive element or the like and preventing the formed images from being deteriorated over a long time. SOLUTION: This toner manufacturing method comprises a process for dripping a toner composition liquid containing at least binding resin, coloring agent, and the acid-denatured hydrocarbon wax periodically by vibrating a thin film provided in a storage region having a plurality of nozzles by a mechanically vibrating means and a process for forming the particles for solidifying the dripping toner composition liquid. The vibrating means is a vibrating means formed annular around the region having the nozzles in the thin film or a vibrating means for vibrating a vibration face parallel with the thin film in the vertical direction.
