<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both the steam function and the efficient cooling function in a heating storage, without securing a space, increasing cost and complicating a structure. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave oven 1 has: the heating storage 3 storing food being a heating object; and a steam unit 18 arranged outside the heating storage 3, having a steam port 14 facing in the heating storage 3 and supplying steam in the heating storage 3 from the steam port 14. The steam unit 18 is provided with a Peltier element 19 cooling the inside of the heating storage 3.
