PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking/driving force controller for a vehicle, allowing elimination of trouble of frequent extremely low speed maintenance switch ON operation without forcibly terminating extremely low speed maintenance control accompanying a rise in oil temperature to the extremely low speed maintenance control automatically controlling braking force and driving force to perform travel of the vehicle. SOLUTION: When the oil temperature reaches a first oil temperature threshold value during CRAWL travel wherein the braking force and the driving force of the vehicle is simultaneously automatically controlled to perform the travel of the vehicle, the oil temperature is reduced by reducing an opening of a throttle valve 12 to temporarily suspend the CRAWL travel. Thereafter, the opening of the throttle valve 12 is restored at a time point when the oil temperature is reduced to a second oil temperature threshold value to resume the CRAWL travel.
