PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously generate highly sanitary nano-bubble water which relates to a technique to modify water. SOLUTION: A water treatment apparatus includes a micro-bubble generator for supplying a micro-bubble to water in a tank and a supply system for supplying the micro-bubble water outside the tank. A nano-bubble is generated by collapsing the micro-bubble inside the supply system by a shock wave generated from a discharge electrode. The discharge electrode is separated from the supply system by a resin film. Thus, even when a fine fouling is stripped from the discharge electrode, the highly sanitary nano-bubble water is supplied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
