PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna module which has a plurality of communication systems and can perform non-contacting communication reducing interference which may occur among the respective communication systems. SOLUTION: An antenna module 1 has an antenna coil 11 which performs non-contacting communication by magnetic coupling, and an electrode 21 for electric field coupling which performs non-contacting communication by electric field coupling, being arranged in a magnetic field H generated by the antenna coil 11, wherein the electrode 21 for electric field coupling generates an electric field which oscillates in a direction D<SB>E</SB>approximately parallel to an oscillation direction D<SB>H</SB>of a magnetic field in the position where the magnetic field H intersects the electrode 21 for electric field coupling. According to this configuration, it is possible to suppress the interference between the electric field for electric coupling and the magnetic field for magnetic coupling.
