ANTI MOISTURE LED PACKAGE

摘要

A moisture-proof LED package is provided to prevent moisture permeation inside a LED package by forming a moisture-proof hole in a lead terminal. A LED is loaded in a cavity(21) of a housing(20). A lead terminal is extended from the cavity to an outer side of the housing. A protective member covers the cavity, and protects the LED. A moisture-proof hole(102) penetrates the lead terminal. At least a part of the moisture-proof hole is contacted with the housing. The moisture-proof hole is positioned in an inner side of the housing.
