A component assembly and an electronic device are provided to restrict cost increase and repeatedly attach a cover to a housing frame any number of times. A hanging part is extended and bent to a first direction. A first component has a flat projection, which comprises a side crossing the first direction, by being extended to the first side in a perpendicular direction. A first hole is hung to the first side of the second component faced with the first side of the first component by being inserted into the hung part of the first component. A second hole receives the projection of the first component. A slant part(342) moves the first component to the first direction by contacting with a front end of the projection when the first component is mounted to the second component.
