An image sensor is provided to remove a shading effect generated as a region is more outer side from a unit pixel by using photo diodes having different sizes at the unit pixel region. An image sensor is formed so that a region where the luminous intensity of the image sensor is concentrated is smallest, and also as incident angle is bigger, a region where the luminous intensity of the image sensor is concentrated becomes larger. Photo diodes are formed in radial form from the center of a pixel region(3), and the bigger photo diode than the photodiode at the center is formed more outside. The size of the photo diode is proportionate to the capability producing the electric charge to a light.
