PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-fluid apparatus capable of increasing a contact area between fluids of different kinds and enhancing a reaction efficiency of the fluids, and a fluid contact method. SOLUTION: The micro-reactor 1 is constituted by a fluid branch part 10 for branching two poured raw material liquids L1, L2 and discharging them respectively, a flow passage 11 through which the two raw material liquids L1, L2 discharged from the fluid branch part 10 flow, and a piezo-stage 12 for supporting the fluid branch part 10 and performing reciprocation movement at a predetermined stroke by a control voltage.
