PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-protecting film formed in a wound body, etc., for example, capable of readily releasing an adhesive layer from the rear of a substrate layer even when the substrate layer is bonded to the rear of the substrate layer and capable of readily rewinding the wound body, by a simple technique to adopt a specific substrate layer structure. SOLUTION: A surface layer which is obtained with the co-extrusion technique with the main component of a polyethylene resin and with the tensile modulus of 400 MPa or more of elasticity and an inner layer made of a polyolefin resin are made a base material layer. Adhesive layers made of an adhesive composition with the main component of a rubber resin component are laminated.
