PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for sucking used during suction-fixing and processing on conveying an article such as an easily elastically deformable article requiring a high degree of accuracy, and a device for sucking using the same. SOLUTION: This sheet for sucking used for suction-fixing or conveying an article is constituted by a porous material which is a calcined material of polyolefin resin particles, and the porous material has a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphocholine and a specific ethylenically unsaturated group-containing monomer held on the porous inner wall.
