A method for the production of (meth)acrylate esters of prenol and isoprenol, involves the esterification of phenol or isoprenol with (meth)acrylic acid (S) or their transesterification with a (meth)acrylate ester (D), in presence of catalyst(s) (K) selected from inorganic salts (K1), metal acetylacetonates (K2) and tert. nitrogen bases (K3).
