<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inquiry sheet creation method for easily creating the inquiry sheets of facsimile equipment by using the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The filling page of inquiry items acquired by the Internet is displayed, and a filling operation to the filling page is operated (4), and when a sheet selection operation is performed (6), inquiry sheets in which filling items to the filling page has been filled on a selected sheet is displayed (10). The sheet is printed out (11), and transmitted by facsimile equipment. In this inquiry sheet creation method, the inquiry sheets to be used for facsimile equipment transmission are selected from sheets of a plurality of types of formats differently from conventional merchandise application by facsimile equipment, and even when any sheet is selected, the items filled in the filling page are filled in the sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
