<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a light-emitting element, capable of alleviating emission unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting element substrate 20 includes a substrate 21, a first electrode 22 as well as a second electrode 23 formed on the substrate 21, and an electron emission light-emitting means 24 formed on each top face of the first electrode 22 and the second electrode 23. The electron emission light-emitting means 24 is formed of a mixture made by mixing an electron emission material emitting electron by impression of an alternating-current voltage and a phosphor material emitting light by collision of electron, and the electron emission material is structured of a carbonaceous fibrous material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
