PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for cutting an annular body capable of stably holding the inner peripheral surface of the annular body by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The holder includes: a hollow cylindrical member U having a hollow cylindrical member having a plurality of slit parts 1b formed therein at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction and extending in the axial direction and an elastic deformation part 1c held by the slit parts 1b, and having an outer peripheral surface to which the annular body K as an object to be cut is attached; and an elastic deformation part pressing member having a radially moving part 6 radially movably supported inside the elastic deformation part 1c and a shaft part 7 extending from the inside of the elastic deformation part 1c to the axial outside of the hollow cylindrical member and reciprocatingly movable in the axial direction and, when reciprocatingly moved, moving the radially moving part 6 radial outward.
