FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: raw onions are cut and sauted in melted fat. Millet is boiled till 150% increase of weight. Rabbit meat is chopped. Listed components are mixed with drinking water and table salt to obtain cutlet mass. The mass is formed, coated with wheat white bredcrumbs and fried in melted fat to make cutlets. Beet-roots are blanched and strained. Fresh green peas are frozen. Wheat flour is sauted in melted fat. Beet-roots, green peas, wheat flour, milk and culinary salt are mixed together under oxygen-free conditions to produce the garnish. Sichenik cutlets, side dish and melted fat are packed. Then sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: enhanced digestibility. |
