A multi-use wheeled skate for walking/skating quickly convertible comprises a shoe (2), a sole (7) and a skating assembly. The skating assembly comprises a skating assembly bracket (3), wheels/blades (4) provided on the skating assembly bracket (3), and a side suspension assembly and a locking assembly provided on the shoe (2). The skating assembly bracket (3) is connected to the sole (7) by a hinge. The skating assembly is suspended at the side of the shoe (2) by the side suspension assembly while walking. The skating assembly is rotated to the sole (7) by the hinge and is fixed to the sole (7) by the locking assembly while skating.
