PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of desiring a dryer purchaseable at low cost, reducing running cost, capable of producing a good-quality drying material of not breaking a cell and superior in a global environment, since a conventional wood dryer is a cell breaking method such as the high temperature, pressure reduction and a high frequency, and dried wood finished by these drying methods is broken in pieces in the cell, and is remarkably reduced in strength with the lapse of years, and becomes an extremely dangerous building material against a large-scale disaster, and these dryers are also extremely high in the running cost due to consuming fuel in large quantities, and are simultaneously a global warming promoting dryer of exhausting CO<SB>2</SB>in large quantities, and become furthermore expensive since a research effort is concentrated on short time drying, and are difficult to be adopted for a small-scale or ultrasmall lumbering company. SOLUTION: While moving water in a vacuole outside a cell membrane by opening a water channel of the cell membrane of a wood cell, both cells of a green material (drying object wood) put in the dryer, are assimilated to the dryer made of the wood cell, and the water is moved from the green material. The water is further discharged outside the green material, and next, the discharged water moves (intrudes) into the cell of a dryer skeleton, and the water is finally discharged outside the dryer from the dryer skeleton, and the green material is dried as a result.
