LIGHT-EMITTING ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element capable of improving a luminous power conversion efficiency and a reliability by forming a light-extracting structure.

SOLUTION: The light-emitting element is configured, including a semiconductor layer containing a light-emitting layer and having a multi-layer structure and the light-extracting structure being formed on the semiconductor layer by the pattern of a unit structure and having the inclination of the wall surface of the unit structure of -45° to +45° of an angle between a virtual perpendicular line parallel with the main light-emitting direction of the light-emitting element and the wall surface.
