PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly control a secondary-side voltage of a converter while preventing ripples of a primary-side voltage by enhancing power consumption efficiency of a motor and an inverter and by reducing the size and cost of a primary-side capacitor.
SOLUTION: It is determined whether a motor operation mode is a "power running" mode or a "regeneration" mode. In the power running mode, the target voltage, which provides the maximum power consumption efficiency for power running corresponding to an output target torque and a rotation speed, is set to the secondary-side target voltage. In the regeneration mode, the target voltage, which provides the maximum power consumption efficiency for regeneration, is set to the secondary-side target voltage. A primary-side capacitor 22 is made to have a small capacity. In the power running mode, a first gain of a large value is determined so as to quickly and smoothly control the secondary-side voltage in conformity with a large capacity of a secondary-side capacitor 23. In the regeneration mode, a second gain of a small value is determined so as to avoid ripples of the primary-side voltage in conformity with a small capacity of the primary-side capacitor. A converter is subjected to feedback control by using the first gain in the power running mode or by using the second gain in the regeneration mode so that an output voltage of the converter becomes the secondary-side target voltage.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
