PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camber angle adjustment mechanism which has a simple structure, reduces a load on an actuator, and secures the strength. SOLUTION: The camber angle adjustment mechanism 1 for changing a camber angle of a wheel 30 with respect to a vehicle body is characterized by comprising: a vehicle body side support member 26 fixed on a vehicle body; a base member 2 fixed on the vehicle body side support member 26; a turning member 3 turnably supported on the base member 2 around a camber axis C; an actuator 4 for generating a drive force for turning the turning member 3 with respect to the base member 2; and a transmission member 5 connecting the turning member 3 and the actuator 4, and transmitting the drive force of the actuator 4 to the turning member 3.
