PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloroprene polymer latex composition capable of manufacturing vulcanized rubber equipped with excellent rubber physical properties by enhancing bridges of chloroprene rubber stably. SOLUTION: The chloroprene polymer latex composition for manufacturing the vulcanized rubber is characterized by that it contains 2-20 pts.wt. of hydrotalcite based on 100 pts.wt. of chloroprene polymer.
