The hybrid vehicle 20 includes an engine 22; a motor MG1 and a motor MG2 capable of inputting and outputting power respectively; a power distribution and integration mechanism 40 including a sun gear 41 connected to the motor MG1, a carrier 45 connected to the motor MG2, and a ring gear 42 connected to the engine 22; and a transmission 60 capable of selectively transmitting power outputted through the sun gear 41 and a first motor shaft 46 and power outputted through the carrier 45 and a carrier shaft 45a to a drive shaft 67 with a change in speed ratio as well as having a clutch C2 and a fixing member 64 for non-rotatably fixing the sun gear 41 of the power distribution and integration mechanism 40.
