FIELD: food products; mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains vertical cylindrical case with a lid and a conical bottom. A vertical pipe with a spray nozzle for raw product introduction is installed in the lid along the axis of cylindrical case. A pair of flattened cones consisting of two coaxially mounted cones is installed coaxially and with an opening to the case in the middle zone of cylindrical case. A electrospiral with insulating spacer is located along the spiral line in the sealed cavity between them. The tops of the upper cones are faced downwards and the tops of the lower cones are faced upwards. Along the axis of the cylindrical case there is located a vertically rotating shaft with fixed vanes contacting with internal surface of the upper cones and with external surface of the lower cones, with internal surface of cylindrical part of the case and conical bottom. The vanes are installed along the spiral line in the direction of vertical shaft rotation. The vertical cylindrical case with conical bottom is equipped with electrospirals with insulating spacers. ^ EFFECT: finished products quality improvement, decrease of the use of economic and energy resources, increase of productivity due to switch to continuous operation, intensification of the finished product obtaining process. ^ 3 dwg
