A cooker, comprising: a case having an air inlet and an air outlet; a cooking plate provided on the case; a heating unit formed between the case for heating the cooking plate and the cooking plate; and a cooling unit for cooling the cooking plate by introducing outside air into the air inlet, letting it circulated around the cooking plate, and discharged via the air outlet, such that the cooling time of the cooking plate after switching off the heating unit can be shortened.
